WHY THE FUCK HAS IT TAKEN THIS LONG FOR A WICKED MOVIE TO BE MADE LIKE
MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY.
A Disney animator put together a sequence to see how Wicked would look as an animated move. The result is pretty amazing.

Every time I watch, I just get so emotional over seeing it because I love the concept so much. Just Wicked and Disney combined is some kind of ambrosia for me.

It’s also probably they only way they’d get both Kristen Chenoweth and Idina Menzel to return and play the roles of Galinda and Elphaba. (Both of them have stated that they feel they’d be too old to play the parts in a live action movie.)
Chills. Almost cried, which only happens when I see the musical live (I can listen to the soundtrack without crying but it took quite a few months with that song). This would be so amazing to see as a animation.
